Melted cheddar roll with beef and sauerkraut recipe
A gorgeous gooey treat, with the cool crunch of sauerkraut contrasting the hot cheese and cutting through the richness brilliantly. Pop a bit of grain mustard on the side to dip the sandwich in as you go.

1 bread roll
60g grated cheddar cheese
3 tbsp sauerkraut
1 slice rare roast beef
Preheat the grill.
Halve the roll and pile the cheese on top. Grill until browned and bubbling.
Lay the kraut on one half, the beef on the other and squidge the two halves together.
